Welcome to Keane for Fitness
I am a fully qualified fitness instructor based in the Dun Laoghaire area organising running groups for people of all abilities. I have Beginner Running Courses for those who have never run before or who have had a long break from it. For those who are already runners but would like some company when running or to improve their running distance and consistency I have a group that meet weekly to run together. Regardless of your running goals, I will be there to offer support & guidance and of course the group itself is essential for the chats & encouragement!Contact Gráinne
Beginners Running Course
This course starts slowly and builds gradually to get you from 0 to 5k in 10 weeks. We meet every Monday evening and progress a little further each week. Many people have completed this programme with me, completing their 5k Park Run to finish and have enjoyed the journey! Check out the Gallery for some pictures of previous courses. The cost is €80 including t-shirt so if you would like to book a place, get in touch as places are limited.
She was able to help me build up my pace and distance in a very manageable way rather than pushing myself too far and throwing in the towel when I was running alone.
The Monday night runs are great, it’s such a relaxed friendly group and very supportive.
