I am a fully qualified fitness instructor based in the Dun Laoghaire area organising running groups for people of all abilities. I have Beginner Running Courses for those who have never run before or who have had a long break from it. For those who are already runners but would like some company when running or to improve their running distance and consistency I have a group that meet weekly to run together. Keane For Fitness Running had to take an enforced ‘rest period’ due to the Level 5 Government Restrictions for Covid-19! However, as soon as restrictions are lifted, classes will resume and we will be back in action.
Beginners Running: If you want to start running (or get back to it) but not sure how to begin, this group is for you. It is a gradual program that will get you to your 5k goal. It really works and you will enjoy it too.
5k+ Group: This group is ideal for those who can run 5k and would like to stay at that level or increase their distance to 10k or more.
She was able to help me build up my pace and distance in a very manageable way rather than pushing myself too far and throwing in the towel when I was running alone.
The Monday night runs are great, it’s such a relaxed friendly group and very supportive.
Gráinne is so knowledgeable, knows exactly what you’re able for and how to help you progress. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
