I am a fully qualified fitness instructor based in the Dun Laoghaire area organising running groups for people of all abilities. I have Beginner Running Courses for those who have never run before or who have had a long break from it. For those who are already runners but would like some company when running or to improve their running distance and consistency I have a group that meet weekly to run together. Beginners Running Course
Running Groups Are Back
We meet every Monday night in the carpark of Kilbogget Park. There are two different groups depending on your running level and goals.
5k+ Running Group: 7.45pm
Suitable for anyone who is close to the 5k mark and would like to be able to run 5k easily or to progress to 10k and beyond. Each term is 8wks and costs €40. We follow local routes on the roads & parks and there is always someone to run & chat with! The first terms starts on Monday 10th January 2022.
Beginners Running Course: 7pm
Suitable for anyone who has never run before or has not run in a long time and would like to get back to it. The goal is to get to the 5k distance or 30mins running nonstop over a 10wk period. The programme is gradual with a walk/run structure but progresses each week as fitness and endurance builds. The programme requires commitment but the achievement at the end is well worth it! This course starts on Monday 24th January 2022
