Couch to 5K Course

Couch to 5k Course starting 28th January 2019. 

This course starts slowly and builds gradually to get you from 0 to 5k in 10 weeks. We meet every Monday evening and progress a little further each week. Many people have completed this programme with me, completing their 5k Park Run to finish and have enjoyed the journey! Check out the Gallery for some pictures of previous courses. The cost is €80 including t-shirt so if you would like to book a place, get in touch as places are limited.

Most enjoyable class which gives the body a complete workout, in particular the upper body exercises, which are often neglected in other fitness classes.  Grainne is an excellent instructor both for her knowledge and encouragement and she varies the exercises which keeps the class fresh.

It is much easier and effective to run as part of a group as you get support and motivation from other members.
