I am a fully qualified fitness instructor based in the Dun Laoghaire area organising running groups for people of all abilities. I have Beginner Running Courses for those who have never run before or who have had a long break from it. For those who are already runners but would like some company when running or to improve their running distance and consistency I have a group that meet weekly to run together. Couch To 5K: Beginners Running Course
If you want to start running but not sure how to start (or you would like to return after a long break) join up and reach your 5k goal. It is a gradual programme that really works and you will enjoy it too.
Where: Mondays in Kilbogget Park (carpark) @ 7pm
Starts: Monday 24th September 2020
Cost: €80 (10wks)
Back to Running Group:
Suitable for anyone who has some experience in running but has not been running for a while and would like a gradual re-introduction! Routes will start at 0.5km and build over 8wks to 3km/4km
Where: Wednesdays in Kilbogget Park Carpark @ 7.30pm
Starts: Wednesday 12th August
Cost: €40 (8wks)
This group is ideal for those who can run 5k and would like to stay at that level or increase their distance to 10k or more.
