Running Groups

Running is a great way to get fit and stay fit which is low-cost and time-efficient, both of which are important to most of us. The downside is that running on your own can be boring and hard to sustain. Running with a group makes it much easier and more enjoyable as you get support & motivation from other members and a distraction from the watch or the mile counter! 
Although many of our members started at the beginners and 5k stage, many have gone on to become 10k, half marathon and marathon runners.  Our groups meet weekly and run in the local area (Cabinteeely, Killiney, Dun Laoghaire).
Its not all training and races though! We also make time for a cuppa after races and nights out.
